Terms of Service for BYPASS
Last Updated: March 29, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the BYPASS Chrome Extension (“Service”) operated by Bypass Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing and using BYPASS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use BYPASS only for lawful purposes. The Service is designed to assist you in automatically filling web forms with your own data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to input and submit the data you use with BYPASS.
2. How BYPASS Works
BYPASS uses AI vision technology to detect form fields on web pages. It captures temporary screenshots of checkout pages, analyzes them to identify fields, and fills them with data from your stored vault. This process is automated but requires your explicit action (clicking “Execute Bypass”) to initiate.
3. Your Responsibility to Verify
BYPASS acts as a digital assistant executing form fills on your behalf. While we use advanced AI to ensure accuracy, web layouts vary and can change. You agree that it is your responsibility to review all pre-filled form fields before clicking “Submit” or “Purchase” on any website.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bypass Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, incorrect shipments, or compliance violations resulting from:
- Errors or inaccuracies in the AI's detection of form fields
- Your failure to verify data prior to submission
- Changes to third-party website layouts that affect auto-fill accuracy
5. Beta Program
BYPASS is currently in Beta. During the Beta period:
- The Service is provided free of charge with a limited number of fills per month
- Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
- We may limit the total number of Beta participants
- We welcome feedback through the in-app feedback tool
6. B2B Enterprise Terms
If you use BYPASS as part of a company workspace via an invite code:
- Your Company Administrator may monitor usage via transaction logs
- Procurement data in the company vault remains the property of the company
- Your Company Administrator may revoke your workspace access at any time
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of BYPASS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if applicable, deleting your account through Settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Age Restriction
BYPASS is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
